Whether it’s a deposition, a site or production documentation or a civic or corporate meeting or event, LitiCourt’s videographers have experience recording them.

Most often you will be recording a deposition. A LitiCourt videographer will arrive an hour before the scheduled start time of the deposition to ensure adequate time for setup so your deposition starts on time. Notice the camera, that is not only high quality but is also imposing, so the deponent knows you mean business. Individual lapel microphones are provided for the deponent and questioning and defending attorney to capture crisp and clear audio. A boundary / table microphone picks up any other speakers – such as the videographer’s read on.

Your video comes delivered on your choice of flash drive or DVD, formatted to work on your computer and ready to show at trial – whether you are using full featured trial presentation software such as Trial Director or Sanction, or just showing clips in Windows Media Player or the Movies and TV app.

LitiCourt can also synchronize the transcript to the video. We provide synchronized video with complimentary DepoView software. In DepoView, as you scroll up and down the transcript on the left side of your screen, the matching video plays on the right hand side of the screen. Then, by simply highlighting the desired testimony, you can make video clips in seconds. Our synchronized video also includes import files for use with Trial Director, Sanction, LiveNote and other legal support software.

When you have remote supporting attorneys, experts or support staff that need to see the deposition live, LitiCourt offers multiple one-way audio and video streaming options. This is in addition to the our two-way videoconferencing options.
